After majoring in Political Science at Colgate University, Tom went on to study law at Boston University School of Law.
He has longtime membership in the American, New York State, and Westchester County Bar Associations.
Tom is admitted to practice in not only all of the State of New York Courts, but the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York as well
His law practice is varied and includes real estate; zoning; wills, trusts and estates; small business startups, sales and purchases; commercial litigation; landlord-tenant matters; significant collections; and Vehicle and Traffic matters. When called upon he has taken on matters, such as matrimonial and personal injury cases.
Tom has research facilities and technological resources that provide him with the ability to compete with large firms.
